JR's Custom Auto Service Irving TX

Our experience with Jr's custom Auto was absolutely incredible. We had been trying to build our van out for two plus years and we were so frustrated with the people that we had come in contact with that had worked with us so finally we found Jr's. What a Godsend this was from the moment we stepped in the place we felt like family and they treated us like family! They completely caught our vision and stuck to it so incredibly we are shocked by the result I know this stretched them but they were willing to go the extra mile to work with us and do what we were asking. They were so amazing to work with and willing to brainstorm and figure things out for us that we just felt so cared for and still do to this day. I would recommend them beyond anyone I've ever worked with. They are so meticulous and one day I was in the shop and texted my husband and said they do nothing half you know what ! Everything is meticulous and perfect when you work with them and it shows. We have an absolutely gorgeous van. We are so happy with it and excited and can't believe that it came out the way it did. Like they just kept to our vision so incredibly it's beyond belief. Five stars are not enough

WOW, where do I begin with the awesome job these guys did with my truck. First I want to say how honest they are, if something goes wrong, they fix it and don't make excuses. I walked in with a huge job mod for my truck and they were able to get the job done to perfection. I have off road lights all over my truck and these guys were able to hide all the wiring on the truck and under the hood. These guys are professionals and made my truck look like it came from the factory this way. When I popped the hood up, there were no wires or Auxbeam panel switch that could be seen. After trying to find the ton of wiring that was need for this job, Nathan the tech installer, finally showed me the wires and how he was able to hide them, my engine still looked stock like no extra wires were anywhere. I'm getting people stopping me asking me about my truck and getting tons of compliments. Here are some picks.

JR’s added a suspension upgrade on my Ford Transit Van from Embassy. They installed Sumo springs, Falcon shocks in rear and a Helwig sway bar. I was very impressed with their shop and capability. That had multiple vans in house for service. I will return for other upgrades and maintenance in the future. Aubrey was very helpful and flexible when I was not able to pick up the van when work completed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend. JR’s Custom Auto Repair was fantastic. I needed a rooftop fan replaced and, being from out of state, was relying on a referral—and they exceeded expectations. Aubrey and Homer were great to work with. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent, and there was no upselling—just honest, efficient service. They sent a quote, ordered the part, and got me in right away. They even provided a loaner car, which I didn’t expect and really appreciated, and helped with a couple of small additional issues while I was there. Professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend them.

Thank you for all the great service. Last time I did business with JR’s Customer Auto was 2018. I lost two of my custom wheel covers and didn’t know what I was going to do to replace them. I call JR’s and Cat was great. Text me a photo, we will se if we can identify the wheel covers. With in minutes, I got a response “We have them” they coordinated delivery right over the phone. Although I’m now in Corpus Christi, I always do business with JR’s. Thank you so much CUSTOMER FOUR EVER
